Doesn’t get much better than this for your next get together or party! To be sure, kids will love it and adults will be taken back to their childhood! What’s more, Epic Pineapple Dole Whip that nobody can turn down. With the result that, create new memories with family and friends!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup of pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
- pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
Blend all of the ingredients in a good quality blender or a food processor, start out on low and slowly increase speed (start with ½ the pineapple juice & add more as you go).
Enjoy your Epic Pineapple Dole Whip right away! You can store it in a freezer to use later, just make sure to let it thaw on the kitchen counter before serving.

Sprinkle shredded coconut on top or put around rim of serving glass
Top off with a beautiful Maraschino Cherry to add a pop of color

Created by the famous fruit company, Dole and then made even more famous by Disney when they 1st started serving the delicious Dole Whip at the Tiki bar (right outside of the famous Enchanted Tiki Room) in 1986! Fan favorite for my family.
