How will Tariffs affect your pricing?
  • 🧡To all our wonderful customers I want to thank you for all of your support!!! 🧡 Like so many small business right now the tariffs are having an impact on our business and we had to increase prices. We will do our best to try and keep prices as low as we can but we can not predict the future. Thank you again for all your wonderful support-it means the world to us. 🧡 We look forward to hearing from you in all the many great years to come!!!
How do I find tracking information or shipping status for my order?
  • Once your order is processed and completed, you’ll get an email titled “Your Order is Complete,” containing your tracking number and a link to check the shipping status.
  • We’ve added a “Track Your Order” option to our Menu for easier tracking. Simply enter your Order number and your email or phone number to quickly check your shipping status. Also, you can enter your tracking number received, and the same information will be displayed.
I’m looking for something very unique, does Make-A-Pet offer custom orders?
  • Yes, absolutely! Please email us at makeapetpartyfuzzies@gmail.com with what you want in your perfect Party Pack kit. We’ll respond quickly with your custom party kit quote and a payment link if you decide to purchase — it’s that simple!
  • Some order examples: “We are an organization and we really want to stuff 230 Classic Teddy bears that are the larger 16″ animals to give to a children’s group.” “I need a jungle pack with 24 animals, with 10 lions, 8 elephants, 6 Giraffes, and 1 Tiger.” “I would like to have a 21 animal dog pack that includes 7 of each Bull, Husky, Patch.” These are just a few examples…we can do anything you can imagine and we want to hear from you!
I need more animals for my event than Make-A-Pet has listed as available. How do I order the quantity I need?
  • Simply send us an email makeapetpartyfuzzies@gmail.com with the quantity you would like to have of the particular Party Pack kit. Then, we’ll get back with you within 24 hours (usually within a few hours). Hopefully we can fulfill your request, and follow up with a invoice for your quantity.
  • If Make-A-Pet does not have the quantity in stock we can order in the quantity you need with a 20% down deposit with the remainder due at the time of shipping (typically 1-3 weeks).

How long does it take to ship out from Make-A-Pet and deliver?

  • We ship Monday Through Saturday (excluding Sunday), and all orders normally ship by the next shipping day for all stock items. We ship with both U.P.S. and U.S.P.S. services.
  • U.P.S. Services are as follows, selected at checkout: U.P.S. Ground 1-5 Business Days, U.P.S. 3 Day Select 1-3 Business Days, U.P.S. 2 Day Select 1-2 Business Days, U.P.S. 2nd Day Air 1-2 Business Days. Please contact us if you need Next day air shipping.
  • U.S.P.S. Service is: USPS Ground Advantage with 2-5 Business day delivery.
What age is Make-A-Pet for?
  • Make-A-Pet is recommended for everyone 3 years and older due to small parts in making the stuffed animal posing a choking hazard for small children.
  • Please note that the activity of stuffing animals requires adult supervision at all times due to the small parts.
  • Warning — small part choking hazard!

How do I estimate shipping costs and the shipping time?

  • Place the items you are considering on purchasing in the cart. Select “Calculate Shipping” below the Cart Total. Enter the free shipping code on the Cart page, in the lower left of the selected item box.
  • Add your Zip code, City and State and click the Update button. A list of UPS. and USPS shipping options along with their associated pricing will be displayed for your selection.
  • See FAQ question “How long does it take to ship out from Make-A-Pet and deliver?” for specific delivery estimates.

How do I order a specific quantity for my event?

  • Most Party Kits have typical “bought together” items on the product pages.
  • For example: the fifty packs have corresponding 10 packs available to add to the order. 10 and 5 packs have discounted singles available.
  • To order 110 animals: select (2) Fifty Packs Mix and (1) Ten pack Quick Mix .
  • To order 17 animals: select (1) ten Pack (1) five pack and (2) singles.

What options do I have if adding Make-A-Pet to my event is out of my monthly budget?

  • Consider using AFFIRM for your next purchase.
  • AFFIRM allows you to purchase for your event now, and then pay over a timeframe offered by AFFIRM.
  • Apply for AFFIRM BNPL payment option at checkout, and then use AFFIRM’s secure quick application process.

How to stuff your “Make-A-Pet“?

What types of payment does Make-A-Pet accept?

  • We have an SSL Certificate encrypted site with the well respected STRIPE payment processor managing all payment forms.
  • Acccepting all card payment types including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Cards, Discover, and Diners Club.
  • We also accept Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
  • We now accept ACH bank transfers, simply select this option from the list at checkout.
  • Finally, we have AFFIRM which allows customers to enjoy the product now and pay later.

When and where does Make-A-Pet ship after I place an order?

  • Most orders ship out the next Shipping day (Monday Through Saturday), and some orders may ship the same day.
  • We ship UPS or USPS for all orders. You can select and pay for USPS Retail Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS 2nd Day shipping at checkout for expedited deliveries.
  • We ship to the USA including Alaska and Hawaii

  • Please try to order your Party Fuzzies well in advance to allow for Make-A-Pet’s successful resolution for any shipping vendor transit failures.
  • Make-A-Pet recommends ordering 2-3 weeks in advance of your event to allow for shipping transit delays or unexpected delivery problems.

Is there a significant difference between the 8″ and 10″ stuffable animals?

  • Yes, with the 10″ animals being 25% taller, they have longer legs and arms. Most 10″ animals in a sitting position can also stand stand on all four legs.
  • The 8″ animals legs and arms are shorter which typically prevents them from standing on their legs when designed in a sitting position. They generally lie flat supported by their nose or face instead of their legs and arms. 8″ animals legs and arms tend to be “stub like” which are normally immoveable.
  • 10″ animals legs and arms allow movement and animation. Consequently, the 10″ animals longer legs and arms allow playing in more creative ways.

How does Make-A-Pet ensure quality of the animals their valued customers receive?

  • Before shipping, we thoroughly inspect each animal for quality, material and manufacture defects.
  • We check the Integrety and quality of stiching
  • The abscence of any holes verified.
  • Finally, we test the functionality and fit of the zip tie and corresponding pocket.

What is the return policy?

  • Return policy is for our online store only.
  • Start the return process, by sending us an email with what you are returning and why.
  • Returns directions: After you receive an email confirmation back from us, please pack up your unused products in the original condition and in the original box and mail back to us. You pay the shipping. Once we receive your return in the original condition we will refund you. We do not issue a refund on the original shipping charges. Note: All shipping will be made by the customer even if you received free shipping you will be charged for this and it will not be refunded.
  • All refunds must be mailed and received by us within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds are for the items only less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will send you a return address.
  • If sending more expensive items, consider adding tracking and insurance to your package.

What should I do if I haven’t received my expected refund?

  • Make-A-Pet’s policy issues a refund within 24 hours of a successful receipt for all returned items in original condition less 10% restocking fee.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
  • If you have a coupon code it can be entered on the Cart and Checkout page. Please look for the Coupon Code box on the lower left of the “Cart” page.
